Ken Phelan Concrete Drilling BV was set up in 1995 by Mr K A Phelan and is a reputable concrete drilling and cutting company for the construction business, petrochemical industry, government departments, infrastructure, maintenance companies and private contractors.


Based in Velsen-Noord, in the heart of the Ijmond region in North Holland, is a team of motivated and highly qualified drillers/cutters. We have more than 30 years experience in the drilling and cutting industry both at home and abroad, and we can say with confidence that we are ready to take on any job.

Over the years we have come to specialise in drilling and cutting different kinds of refractory materials.


Our concrete drillers and cutters are contracted out to all kinds of iron and steel companies worldwide. We drill and cut to a very high standard through concrete, stone, refractory materials, plastic, steel, iron and copper.
